I am pleased to provide a testimonial for Unique Project Group & PWC Property Works based on my experiences working with them as the Estate Upkeep Service Delivery Manager with Downer Defence at the Defence HQ site in Russell. Throughout my tenure, UPG & PWC completed several projects for me, tackling the complexities associated with the Russell precinct and Fairbairn. These complexities included considerations of heritage preservation, security requirements, and adherence to design guidelines. I must commend UPG & PWC for its exceptional handling of these challenges.

Notably, some of the projects undertaken by UPG & PWC were part of a government stimulus scheme. These projects demanded a design, coordination, and delivery process within an extremely tight timeline. I am delighted to say that PWC not only met but also exceeded our client’s expectations. Their ability to deliver high-quality results within the given constraints was truly impressive.
